The pros can assist with everything from electrical installation, fridge/washer repairs, plumbing, pest control, painting, haircuts, beauty treatment, house help, baking, haircuts, event planning, and home renovation needs, and much more.
We are currently hiring CUSTOMERS/SALES ACQUISITION AGENTS to register and sell premium services to Homeowners and Business around Nairobi.
You will work daily on the Market to REGISTER and MANAGE customer questions regarding our services from various areas in Nairobi.
Your primary purpose is to create loyalty and trust in the Balozy brand.
You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting a customer to booking a service provider on our app and continuous follow up
Ensuring you meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales targets
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree/candidate in Bachelor degree in marketing or similar academic qualifications.
Outstanding sales skills with proven ability to convert prospects into clients.
Should have a working Android Phone or iPhone.
Sales/Marketing Experience is an added Advantage.
Must live in Nairobi.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING/BENEFITS
Sales commissions of up to 10% of total sales.
