Step 1: Download the Balozy App
– Open the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
– Search for “Balozy“.
– Click Install and wait for the app to be downloaded and installed on your device.
Step 2: Open the Balozy App
– Once installed, click Open in the Play Store or App Store.
– Alternatively, locate the Balozy App icon on your home screen and tap it to launch.
Step 3: Allow Necessary Permissions
– Notifications – Enable notifications to receive updates about service providers, bookings, and app notifications.
– Location Access – Allow location access to find professionals near you efficiently.
Step 4: Enter Your Details
– Provide your phone number and email address.
– You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS.
– Enter the OTP to verify your phone number and proceed.
Step 5: To find a pro – Click on browse by category
– In the search bar at the top, type the service you’re looking for, then tap the service
–  Enter you Location here– where you live or a location near you
– Select the location
– Now Tap any pro you interested in to view their profile
– Contact the pros you like (You’ll see options like Message or call or book a time)
